With the “Research Campus – Public-Private Partnership for Innovation” funding initiative, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research is supporting large-scale and long-term approaches to single-site cooperation between science and industry under the Federal Government’s High-Tech Strategy.

The topics of the newly funded research campuses range from new methods for diagnosing infectious diseases to restructuring the electricity supply system in the context of the transition to renewable energy sources, materials development and innovative production technologies.
